Name Application: At this stage, business owners must verify the name of the proposed company. The module in question is module 13A. The registration form of the company in Malaysia must be requested by the SSM, compiled and sent to SSM.

Company Registration: This step begins after approval of the company name, which means it is available for use. Business owners must apply for the SSM registration form from Malaysia, fill in and fill in with other legal documents necessary for submission to SSM.
